 Ethical Capitalism 2014-2020

It is with heartfelt thanks that I dedicate the following chapter, the author of the book "Systemopposition" Michael Greven, who, in conversations, has given me valuable advice on the development of a new, more just social
system through criticism and suggestions, and described the modeller of Ethical Capitalism in this way:

"Dieter Liedtke is an artist,
Sociology and social philosopher
in hitherto unknown spheres of the mind."

Prof. Dr Micheal Th. Greven, 2011
Professor of Political Science / Dean of the Universities; Marburg, Darmstadt and Hamburg /
Chairman of the DVPW Ethics Committee and the DVPW Standing Committee for Teaching and Studies
Luigi Sturzo Special Prize of the Premio Amalfi/
Badge of Honour of the German Political Science Association/
Advisor to the design of Ethical Capitalism as a social system.

Michael Greven's statement shows that Hegel's dialectics and his idealism with Marx's materialism have not yet been realised through synthesis into an Ethical Capitalism.

The following thoughts on ethical capitalism cannot be a patent remedy.

This list is not intended to be exhaustive.
Of course, new developments and research will shift the parameters of the requirements, but together with the new findings, they point to the direction in which we can go in peace in the future with over 20 billion people. Known contexts are to be considered, future developments discussed, but also brought to the attention of politicians and companies, stimulating thought processes on how ethical capitalism can be developed and implemented on a socio-political level, not only in Germany and Europe, but worldwide.

From today's perspective, it is not advisable to further expand capitalism with its weaknesses and dark sides without causing even more damage to humanity, nature or the environment. On the contrary, we need a new capitalist concept that includes the advantages of capitalism and that protects and implements the human rights of the UN Charter and the preservation of species in the sense of creation, as well as aiming at sustainability and co-environment as a basic prerequisite and basis.
What we need as a new social evolutionary thrust is a
"Ethical Capitalism".

The Evolutionary Advantage of Ethical Capitalism:
According to the latest research findings, it corresponds to our genetic and epigenetic, natural, social and evolutionary DNA programming: "Being our human".

Goals of an Ethical Capitalism
Ethical Capitalism is focused on the development of sustainable co-environmental products and business models, and on ethical profits that put people first with nature.

1. The right to free development
Every human being has a right to: Freedom of information, freedom of the press, the consideration of the media code by those in charge, to education as well as free creativity and personality development, free access to the Código Universo through the educational systems for the simplest (only by seeing understanding) neurobiological adaptation of the existing creativity in his faith community, culture and his people, as well as the understanding of previously misunderstood religions, peoples, cultures, works of art and innovations, as well as the right to freely accessible internet, education, school, vocational and further training systems, furthermore a right to information on the Código Universo and various media codes in the regionally predominant national language and in English, in addition to the following free access with a computer and a free internet connection.

2. Protection by the international community
Everyone has a right to the defence of their freedoms and dignity and the protection of the world community against totalitarian state systems, dictatorships, terrorism, war, genocide, torture, oppression, exploitation, racism, exclusion, false and misleading information, and against the direct and latent, subtle spread of fear.

3. The right to an unconditional basic income
Every person has the right to: clean drinking water, clothing, medical care, food as well as decent housing and/or an unconditional basic income, which enables him to take on voluntary work for society at his own request or to perform tasks and work that give meaning to his life and generate further income. In addition, through a monthly basic income, he also has the opportunity to set himself up on one of the various levels of wealth platforms in society. By unlocking his epigenetically existing creativity through the Código Universo, each person contributes to the ethical development and economic success of his country, companies and life through the spread of ethical products and ethical business models and his own economic participation in ethical concepts. An unconditional basic income is intended to safeguard human dignity. Only the beneficiaries of any work and computer performance, the companies and organisations, have to pay taxes. Work performance must no longer be punished by taxes as it was under feudal rule.

The income or labour tax is removed with the social system costs and the health and pension insurances and replaced by an online sales tax at the place of use and delivery and by a global production tax, in the country of the billing municipality/country or place of production, of the company's performance. The value added tax or sales tax is being reformed.

The way
We do not need a state, a globally positioned company or a religious community to pursue the goals of Ethical Capitalism, but the people all over the world who do not want to continue to support the exploitative, dominant and dualistic systems and who want to participate in the positive, open shaping of an ethical world. Laws and constitutions do not stand in the way of ethical capitalism. But even in those states where ethical capitalism will be banned, the faster and stronger developing creativity, better health and higher prosperity of the populations of open states that live according to the principles of ethical capitalism prove the practical and philosophical freer shaping possibilities of the people. Gradually, even in closed social systems (as the history of the last 500 years shows), the realisation will prevail that without freedom, dignity, prosperity and health of the population (with an ever-increasing world population), respect for the UN Charter of Human Rights and religious freedom, no state can permanently prevent an evolution of the social system.

Proposed election questions: The community of voters and the AI software tools to be developed that harnesses the swarm intelligence of the population (thus pooling, filtering and elaborating citizen-developed questions on the election for discussion) each provide three pro and three con non-party and people-based, graphic fact films with clear explanations based on evidenced-based information (produced and verified on facts and adherence to the media code by non-party students in universities) for each question that promotes education, knowledge and free decision-making by the voter.
