Who is the non-profit Fundacion Liedtke?
The Fundacion Liedtke manages Sovereign Coin income and donations, artworks as well as real estate, shares and assets of donors for the realisation of direct democracies, a global health system app and for the construction of Globalpeace Campus Centres and leads the private Sovereign Club for the realisation of a direct democracy.
Fundacion Liedtke's Sovereign Club is not a political party or religion (nor does it wish to become one) but a grassroots democratic movement of individuals who, regardless of religion, political party affiliation, ideologies, worldview, social, financial or ethnic affiliation, social or educational group orientation, skin colour, The idea is that the people of all countries, regardless of their political, party, ideological, financial or ethnic affiliation, social or educational group orientation, skin colour, gender or age, should come together on factual and electoral issues only, in order to peacefully and democratically organise the concept of an ethical capitalism based on people and nature, with global direct democracy, within the framework of the respective national constitutions, for the benefit of all people globally online, in order to vote on a new sustainable co-world in peace, health and prosperity for people and nature.
A country Sovereign Club is to be founded for each country, which takes into account the culture, the laws as well as the constitutions of the country and the national language(s) and which organises the differentiated election issues for the country with proposed solutions and proposes them to the Sovereign for decision and voting.

The Sovereign Club is not subject to any outside influence, as is the case with the organisation of the election questions.
Advertising or sponsorship in the Sovereign Club media is not possible.
The data of Sovereign Coin acquirers or donors are blockchain secured.

The tasks of the Fundacion Liedtke

With the net proceeds from the sale of the Sovereign Coin donations, the Fundacion Liedtke finances 100% of the three

focal points for the promotion of an ethical and creatively sustainable world:

a.)       the construction of the direct democracy "The Sovereign".

b.)       the construction of the peace centres "Globalpeace Campus" and the New Renaissance Exhibition: i = E = MC2

c.)       the research and programming of the free health and creativity promotion app: "aimeim" in over 100 languages.
